Hello @austinnguyen
Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
We have not encountered this error before, so I would not think this error is solely caused by our plugin, but instead is showing the issue that is triggered by an action of another plugin (something is adjusting the $name string that is showing up in the wrong value).
In this case, I would start by:
- deactivating the Zettle plugin; you can do this via ftp, by changing the directory name, in the situation where you can’t see the plugin page.
- Then after this, you should have access again to the plugin page, where you can deactivate all other plugins.
- After this you can activate only the WooCommerce and Zettle plugin and verify that this works.
- Then you can add all other plugins one-by-one until the page stops working again (so you know what plugin is causing this value change/ causing the issue.
Please let me know what plugin you find that is causing this, so we can take a look and see if we can reproduce the issue (and possibly find a solution for this; if it isn’t another developer that needs to take action on this).
Pending your response.
Kind regards,
Joost
