Error when adding the Paypal account

I’m trying to add my Paypal account to the plugin via “connect your account.”

I’ve tried 20 times and every time i have the error “We could not complete the onboarding process. Some features, such as card processing, will not be available. To fix this, please try again.” and i cannot activate the payment method.

The account is working perfectly and i was using “PayPal Standard” before without issues.
