Error When Adding URL's

  • Hi,

    I have recently updated a WordPress site from 3.1.3 to 3.9.1. There are 20 plugins that need to be updated, Peter’s Login Redirect being one of them.

    It seemed to update fine, but the old settings that were in place are gone and when I try to add them in again (eg. All other users – URL – gives me this – ‘Unknown database problem updating URL for “all other users”‘).

    Any ideas on this, possible that another plugin is conflicting with this?
