Error when applying first configuration

    I installed the echo knowledge base normally without any error and after installation I went to setup the configuration, I chose the title and URL without error, however when I started to cross the Themes screens for the following a red popup appeared informing:

    Error occurred (14). Please try again later.
    unknown error (15)

    Has anyone been there? I have already put permission 777 in the WordPress folder and the owner of the folder is already www-data and even so I was not able to finish configuring the plugin.

    This error seems to indicate JavaSscript issue most likely caused by another plugin that interferes with our plugin.

    The problem was not in the plugin, but in WordPress! The same was giving error of Mixed Content loading http inside the HTTPS. After installing the Really Simple SSL Plugin I managed to resolve the error and now installed it normally!

    Sorry for the inconvenience and the delay in responding, I was only able to test this today.
