Error when change old password

    Hi i need help i have an error on change password when user doesn’t change his password for a long time (freshly install of your plugin).

    Error : `Warning: hash_equals(): Expected known_string to be a string, null given in ……../wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 2421
    OLDPASSWORD_NOTMATCH`

    I dont know what to do.

    We have not been informed about this issue by other customers so I think it is an issue specifically for you that can be site-specific. Can you provide some screenshots and raise a query using the plugin so that our developers can directly look into it? You can also send a query using our website.

    Hi,
    This error is corrected by support.
    The issue was in the DB number of var in some row not enough for my wp more than 50k users.
