Error when changing web hosting

Hi there! I’ve been trying to change my website hosting and when I try to install on my new hosting I get a warning message that is repeating all over again.

“mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /var/www/vhosts/39121257.servicio-online.net/bolsaconcabeza.com/wp-includes/theme.php on line 630”

I’m not a programmer, so not an expert (not sure how even I got to this step) but my hosting assistant says I need to fix this… :S

I would really appreciate some help here. The website has been down for 2 weeks already.
