Error when choosing Mondial Relay delivery with Apple Pay

    I have an e-commerce website built with Woocommerce.

    For delivery, I installed the Mondial Relay plugin which allows you to choose a collection location when ordering online.

    Everything works fine on computer but there is a problem with Apple Pay and Google Pay on mobile.

    Indeed, during the mobile purchasing process, the user has the option of paying by Apple Pay (or Google Pay). However, when choosing this payment, the Mondial Replay option allowing you to choose the collection location is not displayed.

    So the user enters their own delivery address which is not what I want because I had to contact the person to tell me their preferred relay, and then I had to take the trouble to enter the contact details on my Mondial Relay account… Not practical at all.

    For information, I installed WooPayments and checked the Apple Pay/Google Pay payment options.

    Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

    Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

    I understand that when users on mobile choose Apple Pay or Google Pay and proceed with choosing a Collection Point, they are not seeing predefined collection points. Therefore, they enter their custom address.

    Is my understanding of the problem correct?

    Have you contacted Mondial Relay about this issue?
    Their insights might prove helpful.

    Was this set up working fine before?

    To help you further, I’d like to review your site’s System Status Report.
    You can find it via WooCommerce → Status.
    Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    Yes, you understood the problem correctly.

    I contacted Mondial Relay and are waiting from an answer on their side.

    No, this set uo was never working fine but just see the problem now as I didn’t have any order made by Apple Pay before. Now that I have this irder on Apple Pay, I can see the ptoblem.

    Thanks for sharing additional information. I’ve checked your site system status reports and everything looks normal. However, to improve performance, I suggest you consider increasing your PHP Post Max Size from 150 Mo to 2 GB and your PHP Time Limit from 60 to 1200.

    when choosing this payment, the Mondial Replay option allowing you to choose the collection location is not displayed.

    This could be due to a compatibility issue between the Mondial Relay plugin and the Apple Pay/Google Pay payment options.

    I contacted Mondial Relay and are waiting from an answer on their side.

    I recommend you wait for their reply, as they would have more insight into potential compatibility issues with Apple Pay/Google Pay.

    In the meantime, you could consider disabling express checkout (Apple Pay/Google Pay) as a payment option until the issue is resolved to avoid customer confusion.
