I am using Redis cache, Cloudflare super page cache and assets cleanup plugins. Do you think that these may cause the error?

    Hi there,
we hope you are doing well!

We have tested in our installation becoming affiliates, and we were not able to reproduce your error. So, try the following:

    – Disable everything related to the cache.
    – Verify that you have the latest version of both the new plugin and WooCommerce and WordPress installed.
    – Try leaving only our plugin and WooCommerce active.
    – Try the above but with a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty One.

Let us know any news, please.

    Best regards.

    Hello,
I have disabled all cache and css/js manipulation plugins + assets cleanup. Unfortunatelly I couldn’t disable the rest of the plugins as the site is in production. Both WordPress and WooCommerce are the latest version and I don’t have any warnings in the system status of the plugin.

Could it be because of some server side permissions? I am using Cloudron where my WordPress app is hosted.

I have just tried the plugin on another Woocommerce site, which is on another server and it worked out of the box. So it is either some plugin conflict or server side permissions?

    Hi there,

It could be that it is a permissions problem, but we do not know exactly. In any case, to rule out that it is not some plugin that is intervening and not affect your site in production, you could create a test site and carry out these tests. You can ask your hosting provider about setting up a staging site, or there is also a free plugin called WP Staging where you can easily create one.

We hope we have been helpful and we will be attentive to any news.

    Have a nice day!
