Error when clicking on Pay Now

    Hi, I’ve just installed the plugin, and it seems exactly what I’m after which is great! I’ve set up to use Stripe using the test API keys, and set up the webhook, however when I click on Pay Now I get the blue loader gif and it just hangs with nothing happening. Please advise?

    Hi @graybag

    Can you please confirm if your website has SSL activate? Because stripe will not work without SSL activated.

    If that is already activated, you can check the error from browser inspector > console after click on “Pay Now” button. or you can provide us your voucher page url. we will check and help you to solve the error.

    Hi, yes SSL is active – Stripe payments are working for other areas of the site.
    The URL is https://dev.gtka.co.uk/gift-voucher-2. The error in the console suggests some issue with PayPal, but that is disabled in the backend.
