Error when creating a custom shipping provider

    Hi. I have just installed this plugin and when creating a custom shipping provider there are no errors shown but the provider isn’t added to the list.

    While tracking down this bug I came across this message from the server’s log files:

    26397#0: *1941585 FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: Erro de banco de dados do WordPress Unknown column ‘custom_provider_name’ in ‘field list’ para a consulta INSERT INTO rRkn5nKW4_woo_shippment_provider (shipping_country, provider_name, custom_provider_name, ts_slug, provider_url, custom_thumb_id, display_in_order, shipping_default) VALUES (‘BR’, ‘dad’, ‘dad’, ‘cp-dad’, ‘https://www.websro.com.br/rastreamento-correios.php?P_COD_UNI=%1$s’, ”, ‘1’, ‘0’) feita por do_action(‘wp_ajax_add_custom_shipment_provider’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, WC_Advanced_Shipment_Tracking_Admin->add_custom_shipment_provider_fun” while reading response header from upstream

    Manually adding that column to the database table seemed fix it, so please check this.

    Hi @denisgomesfranco,

    We fixed this error in the latest version of the plugin. Please update with the latest version of the AST plugin and check again.
