Error When Creating A New Backup

    Hi there,

    Trying to create a new scheduled backup, gone through the entire procedure on your website – but it’s flashing the domain name red when trying to finalaize the backup process.

    We are currently using Dropbox with the WPADMN secret key. I’ve correctly setup the ftp/database information on the website information.

    Please could you provide assistance with this issue, as we have purchased credits but are unable to backup our website!
