    Hi there

    on one of my clients sites the backup-process aborted with an error. I have pasted the URL and the errorlog here

    Can you help me troubleshoot and fix this? I have bought the commercial licence today, but didn’t find any ticket- or support-system in my sellcodes-account.

    My huge apologies for delayed reply.

    The support system is built-in the plugin and also available on https://backupbliss.com all the time.

    Nevertheless premium support is provided only by e-mail and live-chat.
    The forum is only for free users. E-mail: [ support (at) backupbliss dot com ]

    And now the solution as this issue may also happen to users of WP plugin:
    1. Open “Other options” section
    2. Make sure to disable PHP CLI for the next try: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Save the settings of Other options
    4. Open first section of the plugin
    5. Use the same settings as here for exclusion rules: https://prnt.sc/1s1ocpa

    You can try now to run the backup again, nevertheless it may still fail.
    If that happens please switch backup method to something more legacy.

    1. Open “Other options” section and use it: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    2. Save it again ??
    3. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
    4. Try again, it should most likely work this time

    Hi

    just tried to license a site with the Pro-Version, but cannot due to an orange error notification.

    The error disappears too fast and I cannot copy the content of the notification. Very annoying.

    Also: There’s now account-area after the purchase. No change to re-download the plugin. It#s worse than Freemium and they are already the biggest pain in the a** when it comes to licensing.

    For smaller sites below 2GB I love your plugin.

    But the Pro-Version is not even too expensive compared to other solutions. Also the licensing is the worst experience.

    I gave up and will request a refund now, sorry
