Error when cropping profile photo

    After uploading an profile picture avatar, when clicked on crop image it displays an error message saying “There was a problem cropping your profile photo.”. What causes this problem?

    Please make sure you are installing the newest version of BuddyPress 10.2.0. We saw some of users solved this problem by updating their BuddyPress.

    BuddyPress is already up to date. Furthermore, when I try to upload photos in a post, it also gives an error saying “Oops! error”. Can it be a problem with the server?

    Please try deactivate Youzify but keep BuddyPress active. And then please try upload avatar and see if this happen with BuddyPress too or not.

    It doesn’t make any chnage. The error still exists.

    That’s mean the issue does come from BuddyPress, not Youzify. Please try deactivate all of your plugins except BuddyPress and change your theme to defaut WP theme. And see if the issue persiste or not.
