Error when downloading the attachment

  • Im using
    BuddyPress version 2.3.2.1
    BuddyPress Docs Version 1.8.5

    when I upload a file (no matter which one pdf or doc) it puts a link to the file into text and one to the attachments.

    The link from the text seems to work fine everytime.
    The one from the attachment doesnt. It tells me I had a connection error everytime.

    Here are some examples for the type of links:

    The Not working type in the attachment:

    https://mypage.com/docs/test-2/?bp-attachment=Test-Doc-1.docx
https://mypage.com/docs/test-doc/?bp-attachment=Test-Doc.docx

    And the properly working one:

    https://mypage.com/wp-content/uploads/bp-attachments/116/Test-Doc-1.docx
https://mypage.com/wp-content/uploads/bp-attachments/107/Test-Doc.docx
