    Issue: When entering Arabic text into the “Refund reason” text box, an error message “Please Enter Refund Subject” is displayed.

    Error Details: Arabic text triggers an error, whereas English text works correctly.

    Request: Investigate and resolve the issue to ensure proper handling of Arabic characters in the “Refund reason” field.
