Error when Fetching Product from Woocommerce (using Tradegecko)

We’ve run some tests and get the same error: incorrect back-end parameters in Woocommerce store that keeps on showing errors when we try to fetch products from your store. Problem occurred unexpectedly, with no upgrades or new plugins involved. Worked one minutes and hasn’t worked since. As a result we’re unable to fetch the products and therefore all product syncs have ceased.
