error when i try to run npx to develop a block

  • hi i run npx @wordpress/create-block name-of-block and i get this error messgae:
    node:internal/errors:983 const err = new error(message); ^ error: [chcp] error while getting current codepage: command failed: chcp ‘chcp’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
    i used nvm to change the node version but get the same error.
    node version: 22.11.0
    npm version: 10.9.0

    windows 11 version: 23H2

    what can the problem be? and how to fix it?
