I have manually verified your current pop-ups with mentioned domain.
The issue here is that some plugin or service blocks our validation bots.

You can use you current pop-ups, but if you wish to confirm new ones, you need to disable this security thing.

Please, try to enable pop-up directly via our plugin not see if it works ??

Even that i enable a popud when opening my site nothing comes…

Alright, in this case you may need to insert the script manually to your theme.
Please follow steps as for “Any other HTML website”.
