I believe the problem is your installation of WP is missing the meta-boxes.php file. Can you add?

Every WP version since WP-2.9 has the file “wp-admin/includes/meta-boxes.php” which is what we are trying to include in our plugin. If its not found, it produces the error.

Hi Thanks for your help. I have WP 3.6.1 installed and I see the meta-boxes.php file is there?? Any other suggestions?

Is it possible that you may have moved your plugins directory ? Thats can also possibly be a reason.

Try installing the plugin on another theme you have, if it works then you’ll know your theme is just not compatible with this plugin(4 some reason) Or Try using just the HTML or short code instead. Perhaps doing everything manually is all that’s needed…
It’s happened to me either I switch themes if I truly need just this plugin or I try another similar functioning plugin that does work.
