Error When Installing Plugin

I purchased the ‘Emilia Warren’ Template from Template Monster, but when I install the recommended plugins I get an error and cannot access any part of the website.
The plugin that is causing the issue is deffinitly this one as I have managed to manually install the other Cherry plugins that come with the template and the website works ok. As soon as I activate Cherry Real Estate the error appears and renders the website inoporative.
The error is on a white screen with the following message:
Class Cherry_Page_Builder not exist!
Please advise.

I get an error as well, Errr 500 after activation. Then I cannot access my admin until I delete the plugin by FTP
I have cherry portfolio and monstroid template
