Error when installing wordpress to new site on same hosted server

  • I have been using wordpress on my blog website and its great. I am building another website (completely different url) that is also hosted with Dreamhost and I tried to install WP to that site and I got the following message
    —
    The problem was directory /home/user/www.newwebsite.com is not empty! Please re-install, specifying an empty (or new) directory.
    —

    I havent put anything in my new site yet so I dont get it. Is it conflicting with stuff that is on my other two sites with the same host?

    I know its probably an easy soulution but if someone could help I would be greatly appreciative!
