Error when no English translation

I tried to force translation from Advanced Classifieds and Directory Pro plugin, and got the following error messages:
Cannot get source file: https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/advanced-classifieds-and-directory-pro/dev/en/default/export-translations?filters%5Bstatus%5D=current_or_waiting_or_fuzzy
Cannot get source file: https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/advanced-classifieds-and-directory-pro/dev/en/default/export-translations?filters%5Bstatus%5D=current_or_waiting_or_fuzzy&format=mo
I suspect that it is due to the plugin not having a default en_US translation
