    Hello there.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If the plugin works when you’re logged in, but it doesn’t work when you’re logged out, the issue is usually related to the security measures on your website. Please check this with your hosting provider.

Also, please note that this forum’s rules prevent us from providing support for the full version of the plugin, so if this doesn’t help, please open a ticket on our official support platform, and we’ll gladly help you there.

    Kind regards.

Hey @jdembowski Thank you for reaching out to us about the rules of responding to people on this forum.

Can you please provide a bit more info about the approach, since as mentioned in the thread you linked above:

If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.

The thread opened here by @lennp mentions in the title that they are using PRO version, so our response was checking an option that could help them, but if that doesn’t help – open a ticket on our support platform since they’re using Pro.

    Thanks in advance!

    That makes sense.

    4.3 – PRO

@lennp For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
