Error when plugin activated

    Hello i get: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 86016 bytes) in /home/masback/domains/masback.co.il/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2022

    Php Version 7.4 also 7.3 same problem
    memory limit 512MB
    tried to deactivate a plugin – none
    the page is simple form with hello theme and elementor pro

    Also the SQL DB is huge almost 450MB
