This morning I am getting the following error with both of my imported Google Calendar feeds, when clicking the Refresh button. Both of these feeds have been set up on this website for 4 years and we have not changed any settings.

“Error getting the content of the feed. Please try again, if the error persists contact Timely support team.”

I’m noticing a couple other support requests from the past hour reporting the same thing, but if this is something that I can correct on my end please let me know.

Approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes after posting the error above, a new attempt to Refresh the feeds was successful. I’ll chalk this up to a temporary issue. Glad it is working again now.

Exact same problem. Our feed has been working for over 2 years, but not as today. I will wait a few more hours.

I am experiencing this problem again today, one day after posting this originally. Apparently this is an intermittent issue that still persists.

“Error getting the content of the feed. Please try again, if the error persists contact Timely support team.”

Is this forum the best way to contact the Timely support team?

I am also experiencing this issue. The Time.ly website says to raise a topic here for issues, bugs and troubleshooting. Hopefully they can resolve this quickly.

New update – I was successful in getting a Refresh to complete, but an update to an event description is not being published. i.e. I can see an updated description in the Google calendar .ics feed, but the original description is still showing on the site.

As an additional test, I have manually updated the description directly in WordPress, completed another Refresh, and the original description returns.

I don’t know if this is a totally separate issue but I wanted to add it to the same thread. If the Refresh actually processes without an error, it seems to not reflect the most recent changes in the .ics file.
