Error When Registering an Affiliate Account

    Hi,

    I’ve got two major issues I’m faced with.
    1. I’ve set up ‘Allow Affiliate Registration’ and also enabled Google Recaptcha but whenever I tried doing a test sign up on the registration page and submitting, I get an error on a new page that says ‘ Error: Google reCAPTCHA verification failed. The response is no longer valid: either is too old or has been used previously.’

    When I disable the reCAPTCHA and tried testing another registration, this is the error I got ‘Error: Google reCAPTCHA verification failed. Do you have JavaScript enabled?’.

    I have deleted my cache plugin so I don’t know what the problem is here. When I check my user database, I noticed that the account I was trying to register has got the user info listed as if the registration was successful.
    What’s the fix to this?

    Hey @samcarson003,

    Thank you for reaching out! Considering the errors you’re seeing, I believe you have another reCAPTCHA plugin installed or you have a plugin that has reCAPTCHA as a secondary feature, similar to how SliceWP has it. These errors are not printed by SliceWP.

    If so, I recommend disabling the reCAPTCHA plugin or the feature from the other plugin and try the registration form again. I believe the errors should not appear anymore.

    Hi Mihal,

    That is so true. I enabled a Recaptcha plugin. After disabling it, it worked perfectly. This solves my problem. Thanks for the swift response!
