Error when replacing PDFs

Hello,

Have used your plugin for several months now and it is very useful, no problems until now.

However, whenever we attempt to replace a PDF file, the first time we attempt this it appears to have worked, until we go to the link where the file should be and it is the previous version, not the newly uploaded one.

When we attempt to replace the file for a second time, we get an error message “The file [file name] can not be deleted by the web server, most likely because the permissions on the file are wrong.”

Is this an issue on our end or an issue with the plugin? If it is with the plugin how do we fix it?
