Error When Saving Edits

    Greetings,

    As of recently, whenever I edit and save a form, the following appears centered on a blank page.

    There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    The edit, in fact, saves appropriately every time, and for every form edited the results are the same but there is no error log at the root or the hosting root to identify the PHP error, nor is an email sent to the admin inbox.

    Contact Form 7 – 5.7.5.1
    Avada theme 7.10.1
    WordPress 6.2 (use default editor)

    Never use Jetpack that is notoriously buggy. Nothing exotic installed. There are three separate forms created on the website provided. The error occurs for all of the forms when edited. The PHP Time Limit and PHP Max Input Vars test as sufficient.

    Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet Anti-Spam, Classic Editor, Classic Widgets, and Wordfence Security.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    The culprit turned out to be Simple Redirection for Contact Form 7:

    I found a substitute that appears maintained, Redirection for Contact Form 7 https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wpcf7-redirect/
