Error when sending test mai – tried everything I could, please help

I am using WP Mail SMTP to fix an issue of contact form (Contact Form 7 plug-in) messages not being send to my e-mail. I am trying to connect WP Mail SMTP with bluehost and I did everything as instructed by guides and the Bluehost support but I get this message when I trry to send a test mail.

I couldn’t find a solution so far, any ideas? Thank you in advance.
