• When developing this site via Local on my PC all Request Forms are submitted perfectly.

I used “All-in-One WP Migration” plugin to put the website onto my live server. After testing a Quote I get the same error, even when I change the email address under WC settings to a different one.

I don’t have any SMTP plugins used on the site, with everything disabled but WC and Yith I still get the same error. Plugin versions are as follows:
    WP – 6.0.1
    WC – 6.8.0
    RAQ – 2.12.0

I have CF7 installed and this sends emails perfectly fine on live server. Even with it deactivated RAQ still is unable to send the form.

    Thanks in advance,
    Matt.

Hi @scottm01, You could try installing a free plugin like WP Mail Logging to check that the emails are being sent. You could also deactivate all the plugins and leave only the necessary, WooCommerce and our plugin Request a Quote to do some tests and verify that everything works fine and there is no conflict.

    Hi @albertomrtn

Disabling all of the plugins but WC and RAQ makes no difference to the email state. When using a logger plugin I get this error when trying to send a request.

Unable to send mail. mail(): Policy restriction in effect. The fifth parameter is disabled on this system

    Hope this helps,
    Thanks in advance,
    Scottm01

Hi @scottm01, I have tried this, and it works fine. There must be some kind of conflict on your site, have you checked that the plugin is updated to its latest version? When sending the quote from the frontend the email you have configured WooCommerce > Emails > Email to request a quote, as the recipient, it should arrive without a problem. Try leaving a default theme as well and check, without the WP Mail Logging plugin, if the mail arrives in the Spam folder.
