    Hi syntax53,

Unfortunately, it was impossible for us to reproduce the problem locally.

We kindly ask you to describe your actions step-by-step. Please specify, on which page does the problem occur. Does it appear in the front-end, on the Dashboard, on the plugin settings page, or on any page in the admin panel? Does the problem disappear when updating the page? Could you please provide a link to the website?

Also, how exactly are you switching to a blog: from the admin panel, or you simply navigate to the Dashboard of another blog as a super-admin?

Since this data is confidential, maybe, it would be better if you created a private ticket on our support forum https://support.bestwebsoft.com/. In this ticket add a link to this post, so that we could recall the case immediately.

    Regards,
    BestWebSoft Support Team

I am not able to replicate it now either by creating a new site. It must have something to do with an upgrade process when the addon is updating on an already existing site?

Just a note though, when I turn debugging on for wordpress I see these:

Notice: Undefined index: cptch_login_form in D:\path\to\wp\wp-content\plugins\captcha\captcha.php on line 205

Notice: Undefined index: cptch_comments_form in D:\path\to\wp\wp-content\plugins\captcha\captcha.php on line 210

Notice: Undefined index: cptch_register_form in D:\path\to\wp\wp-content\plugins\captcha\captcha.php on line 221

Notice: Undefined index: cptch_lost_password_form in D:\path\to\wp\wp-content\plugins\captcha\captcha.php on line 232
