Error when try send msg

I get msg when try send on email. Maybe this trouble in wordpress. One time i find wordpress send mail no work, so i use plugin to send e-mail use smtp and it start work.
I get this msg:
An error has occurred, please try again.https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/yith-woocommerce-waiting-list/
