Error when trying to activate

Every time I try to activate the plugin I get the following error:
“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/td-instagram-import/td-instagram-import.php on line 599″Any suggestions?
