    Error reads:
    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    Great question! Looks like the error message is quite generic.

    Does this happen when you are trying to “add” a new theme or “activate” it? Does it happen with all themes?

    I hope you understand that the link you posted needs admin credentials for others to view. Please post a screenshot of the error. Also please check whether the theme that you are trying to upload/activate is compatible with your WP version.
