• When I place an order, choose for instance local pickup (the others are (free)delivery), then go to the checkout page and then want to go back to the shopping cart, I can change the contents of the cart by no longer can I change the delivery method. It will be fixed on local pickup, even when I change it to delivery with the two options provided by the plugin. When I deactivate the plugin everything remains adjustable, from checkout page to cart and visa versa.

    Hi,

    The plugin will manipulates available shipping methods based on what is selected as order type, like if you choose order type as delivery it will remove “local pickup” from available shipping methods, same as when order type selection is as take away it will remove all except “local pickup”.

    Can you please explain what you are actually trying to setup!

    Hi, I will try to describe my desired setup as complete as possible ??

    In the shopping cart people can choose to pick up an order or let it be delivered. Delivery costs 5 euros, except for orders above 20 euros, then delivery is free. But people should still be able to choose pickup if they want to. Then they get 10% off the total price. There is no online payment method. People either pay on delivery or during pickup. It’s a small non-profit eatery run by volunteers.

    Now when they have an order above 20 euros they see three options:
    1. Delivery 5 euros
    2. Pickup
    3. Free delivery

    I can hide 1. with a function from Woocommerce to hide deilvery costs when above a certain amount, but this also hides nr. 2. So I installed your plugin.

    On the checkout page, with the plugin enabled, people can choose delivery or pickup and enter their desired time. In the overview it still says ‘Delivery’, even when someone chooses local pickup. But let’s say someone chooses delivery but then thinks he needs to add or substract items from the order and goes back to to cart, then the method of delivery will say ‘Pickup’ and no other option can be chosen. After continuing to the checkout page, the customer can again choose pickup or delivery, but it is confusing that at the bottom of the page there is a message saying that no payment method is available.

    Changing from Delivery to Pickup doesn′t change the message at the bottom. I still says Delivery costs (Bezorgkosten) while it should change to Free Pickup.
