error when trying to connect site to app

    i have a site that is conected to one WP account that I am trying to move to another. In the WC app when I try to add it there is a message that it is connected to another account and I am given the opportunity to transfer it.

    it all looks like it works until the very end when I receive the error

    The web page at woocommerce://jetpack-connected could not be loaded because: net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME

    how can I resolve this?
