Error, when trying to connect with my Ebay account

    Hello,

    when I use the button “connect with ebay” I always get this error message:

    “WP-Lister can’t seem to establish a connection to eBay’s servers. This could be caused by a firewall blocking cURL from accessing unkown ip addresses.

    Only your hosting company can sort out the problems causing cURL not to connect properly. Your hosting company’s server administrator should be able to resolve the permission problems preventing cURL from working. They’ve probably got overly limiting restrictions configured on the server, preventing it from being able to do the communication required for listing items on eBay.”

    by the way, I try to connect to ebay germany.
    What should I do now or what I have to tell to my webhoster?

    I am totally confused now ??

    Hello anendien.

    I am happy to assist you with this today.

    In the past some users that have had this issue have found it to clear on it’s own. If it doesn’t clear for you after a day or so, try disabling then deleting the eBay account you created in WP-Lister, and re-creating it again, that fixed this problem for some users as well. Also, make sure you are on the latest version available for the lite version which is 2.0.10.

    If none of those options fix the issue, you will need to report this error to your host as the error message states. Explain that you cannot connect to eBay, send them the error message that WP-Lister is returning, and have them check the server error logs to find the problem.

    Dear John,

    the error is still there.
    I use the latest version of wordpress, woocommerce and wp-lister lite.

    I can’t delete a created ebay account, cause there is none. If I click “Connect with ebay” I only got this error message and nothing happened. The ebay site won’t open WP-Lister Lite didn’t create an account.

    Nothing happend except this error message.

    I reported it to my hoster, maybe they find a solution.

    I keep you up to date.
