Error when trying to have authorize.net purchases on my website

  • I input all the asked information into Woocommerce for my site pure-intentions.com including the Login ID and the Transaction Key, but when a user makes a purchase it gives this error.

    The reporting of this transaction to the Merchant has timed out. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

    This transaction has been approved.
    It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.

    When talking to authorize.net they said this is a software issue, but I can’t see anything missing or wrong on WordPress. Can anyone help me?
