Error when trying to load the website on my localhost

  • Whenever I try to access the website on my localhost or try to “view” the pages while editing them, I get the following error :
    Recoverable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-includes/class-requests.php on line 797

    It was all working fine a few hours ago and this happened all of a sudden. I didn’t install any new plugins or anything of that sort.
