    Hello,

    When I try to refund orders via Stripe, I got an error message ?An error occurred while attempting to create the refund using the payment gateway API.?

    The Live keys are correct, and the Webhook because my payments work just fine.

    Upon checking your status report, I see that you are on outdated versions of both WooCommerce and stripe, having said that this should still not lead to a situation where the refunding of a stripe based order fails. To get deeper into what is really happening here, I will need to collect some details.

    At this point, I think it might be best if you could submit a ticket to us here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    This will allow us to get more information about your site that you might not wish to share on a public forum. Specifically, when you submit your ticket, please provide screenshots of the order where you tried to perform refund. I would also ask you to enable logs by going to WooCommerce >> settings >> payments >> stripe >>Logging and enable it followed by re attempting to perform the refund, this will generate some logs at WooComerce >> status >> logs >> stripe, please copy that information and send that too while raising the ticket.
