Error when trying to search for a plugin from admin area

    I get an error when trying to search for a plugin from the admin area:

    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    There is sufficient space and bandwidth available to the website, not sure what it could be. The site is using the Genesis framework theme.

    Any ideas?
