    Hello,

I have installed wpDatatables on my IIS/PHP/MySQL site.

I have just gone to create my first datatable by selecting the first choice “Create a table linked to an existing data source.”

I am then taken to the page to select what type. Now the “Input data source type ” dropdown box is empty. It is not selectable either. ie nothing happens when I click on it.

There is an error in the PHP log..
23-Jun-2019 23:43:05 UTC] PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\www\wp-content\plugins\wpdatatables\templates\admin\table-settings\add_column_modal.inc.php on line 72

In fact even going into the wpdatatable settings page, all the dropdown boxes an not selectable.

I tried clearing the browser cache (as suggested in the only other thread) but this did not work. I downloaded Chrome and tried but this too failed to allow the dropdown boxes to be selectable.
Any idea what the issue maybe

    Thanks

I should also add that dropdown boxes in other plugins etc are working fine.

I checked the page source and the data for the drop downs is there. So somnething else is stopping the dropdowns from working. Maybe the CSS?

There is a conflict in admin js somewhere perhaps.
Try disabling the js (Include full bootstrap back-end) of WPDatatables in the settings.

    Plugin Author wpDataTables

    Hello there.

    Sorry for the late response.

This is probably a conflict with the Bootstrap files. Can you, please, go to main settings and disable bootstrap for both front-end and back-end, and see if it works after that?

If not, there is a line of code that should be changed to get the plugin to display drop-downs normally.

    Best regards.
