    I have fixed the issue on my end, how can I submit a pull request for your review?

    Thanks for writing and notify notices to us.
    We will release an update of Smooth slider on 19 June 2015 for this issue and some more options. We will notify you after release an update.

    As per WordPress standards, you can keep the WP_DEBUG false, so that such warnings will not appear on frontend.
