error when upload image

  • Test on the main site of multisite:

    Error:

    Smart Image Resize: width or height exceeds limit `/var/www/mysite.com/htdocs/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/test.jpg’ @ error/cache.c/OpenPixelCache/3911

    Hi @alexliii

    The message says that your server doesn’t allow processing images that are too large. I suggest contacting your hosting provider to increase the limit for you.

    I just test:

    1#when this plugin is activated, not matter the how large the size of image is, the error will show up.

    2# deactivated this plugin, I tried to upload a very large image, there was no error.
