Error when using Plugin

I get the following error when using this plugin:

PHP Warning: preg_match() expects parameter 2 to be string, array given in wp-includes\class.wp-scripts.php on line 113 PHP Warning: strpos() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in wp-includes\class.wp-scripts.php on line 113

This error goes away when this plugin is disabled.

I have tried Php 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4. This is running through IIS FastCGI.
