Error when viewing website via instagram app

Hi
I’m having an issue with my subscription banner on my website when it is accessed via instagram (most people access my website via instagram).

An error message comes up about the email field if you try and subscribe to my mailing list via instagram.

Does anyone know what may be causing this?

I am completely un tech savvy too!
