Actually, WPML plugin creates a new product for every language. So you need to set values for the new language.

Please change the language from the backend and see which value is showing there.

Since you can visit our support site, you can contact via live support. We need to understand the problem in more details.

If you switch the language of the backend, then values will be accepted only in this language. Your plugin won’t work in other languages either.

I repeat that in version 4.4 the plugin works as it should. And after updating to the latest version, this problem was found.

I reproduced this problem in the sandbox and it was confirmed. The address of the sandbox is specified in the first message. You can verify the existence of this problem.

If you translate a product and later install the Min-Max plugin, you’ll have to translate the product again. Hope this solution makes sense to you.

There are almost 20 thousand items in my client’s store. Are you seriously suggesting translating them into 2 languages again?

In version 4.4, this was not required, it worked as it should.

I’ve a question. Did you ever found a solution for the multi language problem with Min Max Step plugin?

I’ve the same problem. A webshop with many products and for almost each product a different order quantity. The website is translated with WPML and everything is translated except the minimum order quantity and step size.

I’m really hoping you found a solution/work around in the mean time as support send me the same answer as you… We have to do it manually

Solved!,For all those who experience the same thing, you have to configure it in the “all languages” mode instead of entering the category in the languages ??individually.
