Error while activation

There is an error in your Plugin:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file, expecting elseif (T_ELSEIF) or else (T_ELSE) or endif (T_ENDIF) in plugins\ecwid-shopping-cart\templates\admin-message.php on line 52

In line no 31: class=”button<?php if ( $secondary_hide ): ?> ecwid-message-hide<? endif; ?>”
In this line, PHP Tags are not used Properly. Please fix the Problem. I Have sorted it at my end. replacing this:

class=”button<?php if ( $secondary_hide ): ?> ecwid-message-hide <?php endif; ?>”
