@vfavrat Can you please try to increase your php memory limit and let us know if that will fix the issue. You might want to contact your hosting service provider to help you out. If your php memory_limit is set to 256M, please update it to 512M.

@vfavrat I just want to follow up if my suggestion fixes the issue?

    Hello !

I have just set the php memory_limit to 512 M instead of 128 M before.

No change for the moment, but I have to wait several hours to see the difference I think.

I will tell you later if the issue is fixed or not.

    Thanks for your help.

Hello @vfavrat I have commented on their other post but will relay it here as well. Can you please send us the errors you are seeing in your PHP error log? There probably will be something in there that will help us identify what’s causing the issue.

Hey @vfavrat . Have you already had a look at our last comment or maybe any question about it?

Hi?@vfavrat as we didn’t receive a response after 1 week, in the mean time we’re marking this issue as resolved. If you’re still having trouble with the plugin, feel free to leave a comment and we’d be happy to assist.
