    HI~

    Image can’t compress,

    error message is
    [Error while connecting: HTTP/2 stream O was not closed cleanly: PROTOCOL ERROR (err 1) (#92)]

    Compress JPEG & PNG images version 3.2
    wordpress version 4.9.10

    Hi @angelrabbit,

    There can be various different reasons for getting these errors. It can be that your hosting provider is unable to get a stable connection with our API. Which hosting provider are you currently using?

    Other then that it could also be that you have a large number of different image sizes configured to be compressed. The more image sizes you configure, the longer it will take to compress all image sizes for one image, which in some cases can also result in errors like these. You can check how many image sizes you have selected by going to Settings >> Compress JPEG & PNG images.

    In any case could you please send us an email to [email protected] and a developer will assist you.
